Complaints Procedure

If you have any complaints to an aspect of our service please email complaints@internetbutler.co.uk. Please state clearly the nature of the complaint. We will endeavor to acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days, and we will advise you the consumer how long it may take us to deal with the complaint. You will also be kept informed throughout the whole process regarding the progress of a complaint. In the event of us offering a solution to a complaint and you the consumer find this unacceptable, we will endeavor to offer alternative solutions.
